Default Florida to michigan

I am going to be driving to florida to michigan this summer. And i am not sure what the laws are since i am 16 but when i put a 3 inch body lift on my truck do i have to worry about getting a ticket in certain states due to the height. The truck i have is a 2003 dodge dakota and i am gonna put 31 inch tires on the truck once i get to michigan.

you shouldnt have any issues. 3 inches isnt really enough to throw anything out of legal limits.... about the only law is the height off ground your lights have to be, and 3 inches isnt enough to throw them above limit. just my 2 cents.

I live in Texas, not familiar with the laws there, you may wanna go to the websites for each state, they will each have a dps, and they should have guidlines...

I think if you had a 6inch lift it shouldnt matter if you are just driving threw a state. Pretty much they could say well even tho your town allows a loud exhaust we dont so thats going to be a ticket but thats not how it works 3 inch isnt that bad. Btw you are 16 so watch out for those crazy drivers when we go to fl we have to take 95 down and there is so many crazy people that drive on that stretch of road I hate it.
