Default truck misfiring

I have a 97 dakota with a 318. About 128,00 miles. Seems like iam having a problem with cylinder #1. I changed the sparkplugs 2 times already. When the truck misfires i go to autozone to get scanned. it shows cylinder 1 is misfiring. i change the plug and its good for a few weeks. after a few weeks it goes back to the same problem. This is the third time yesterday. anyone have a clue??? Do you think the truck jumped off time, or a bad cylinder? thx in advance..

When you changed the plug was there any signs of oil fouling or damage ?
