Hey guys I'm new here and currently I drive a 2001 dodge stratus R/T with a few basic mods but im looking to trade it in for a dakota because i live in wisconsin and need something to get me around in the winters.... Looking for some advice on what to get and once i get my truck will need help learning about it and what kind of mods i can do to it and so forth.... I lve in Baraboo Wisconsin and Im 20 years old. I look forward to talking with you guys and getting some great advice and become part of the dakota family.

Good choice my man! You will love the truck, they are quite fun to drive around.

You will definetly want a 4x4 for the snow and whatnot, +its just handy to have. Any engine size(excluding the 4 banger version) will do you good for the snow and offroading. This truck will get you anywhere!

You'll love a Dak! And yeah I would definitely try to go with the 4X4. I have a 2wd and it's good for an all purpose truck but it really lacks in off roading. These guys know what they're talkin about.
