or is there a way i can buff my stockers so they are not so cloudy anymore?

 

cloudy on inside or outside? if inside...no...outside, you can help it with a kit to re-surface them...but that only goes so far. if they are bad off...buy em...if not...spend $30 and try it

 

Meguier's makes the headlight restoration kit, and it works really well. Of course only on the outside. I did my girl friends car last summer and it came out good. You could actually tell a noticable difference at night that her lights were brighter.
