Vehicle- 97 Dakota v8 automatic 4x4 140k


Last month my AC compressor wouldn't turn on and I found out that I needed to add some refrigerant. So of course I put in two 12oz cans of freon and my AC compressor turned on and my AC inside was working great. Now a couple weeks have passed and my AC air is coming out warm and my A/C compressor pulley is making squeaking noises.


What happen because two weeks ago my A/C worked great?

you've got a leak somewhere.

 

yeap, small leak...there is a dye kit you can buy to run it through the system, or you can take it to a shop and have them do it and they will be able to tell you what needs replaced and usually what it will run ya.
