Question 1999 Dodge Dakota, Sport 4x4 extended cab front and rear diffs.?

Im looking to change the fluids in my front and rear diffs. because i hit 100k and I know they probably have never been done. I figured i would get a set of diff. covers to spice up the look a little, but I need to know what diffs i got? DANA... in the front and DANA... in the rear?
Any help?

oh it is a 99 Dakota Sport 4X4, Extended cab.

and just to recap, on fluid volume how much for the front and rear and what oil weight do you think is best? I do Little towing and some off road driving... Nothing to crazy tho.

If you look in the glove box it should tell you but I have the same truck just a v6 5 speed and both diffs are dana55. The front diff is 3 pints and the rear is 4.4 pints for 8-1/4 and 4.8 pints for a 9-1/4 don't forget the rear with limited slip need .22 pint of friction modifier. . 75W-90 is the standard weight, when i changed all my fluids i used royal purple full synthetic 75W-90 very expensive $20/bottle. I haul stuff, pull small trailers and I have no problem with it. You may want to look into getting a Haynes manual it will tell you everything i just did plus way more information.

if u buy RP you dont need to add the friction modifier.
