Unhappy PLEASE help??

Hi Guys,

I am in desperate need of help. I just replaced the clock srping in my 02 Dakota QC. I went to go hook up the battery terminals and the horn is blowinng constantly now. Is there something I could have done wrong? This was a brand new replacement from my lock Dodge dealer. I am in desperate need of help...Thanking you all in advance.

Joe

OK, I figured out the horn problem. That is fixed. My problem now is, the air bag light is still on. I disconnected the negative again for a few minutes hoping that would reset the computer but that had no effect. Any ideas?

Disconnecting the battery won't do any good when the air bag light is on. It has to be reset or turned off with the DRB 3 scan tool at the Dodge dealer. The reason why is the DRB comuunicates with the Airbag Control Module and runs a diagnostic test before it will turn out the airbag light. And if the DRB finds any other problems with the air bag system, the air bag light will still stay on.
