P0138

I got a p0138 code on my 97 dakota with a v-6. I already changed the rear 02 sensor.Can it be bad already, or is there something else that can cause this code?

did you try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes? and see if it comes back.

Yes I did that, and it still came back. The check engine light went out, but same code.
