2002 v6 4x2 9" rear drum brakes, replaced shoes drums and all springs, I have the adjuster screw all the way in, srtut is properly inplace between shoes. Brakes rubbing (high pitch scratching, intermitent) I can't seem to figure out why. Any suggestions appreciated

 

I get the same thing...but only after it rains or sits...figured cheap pads and/or dirt?? goes away after a couple stops
