Default debadging issues

ok so as some of u know, i decided to start debadging my truck and am having some issues with the clear coat, its got a raised edge from where the emblems were on the door, like the truck was cleared after the badges were put on

ive come to the conclusion that the only way to fix it is to wet sand and buff, ive started wet sanding it down and i need some suggestions on what compound to use, ive been looking at hte clear coat safe rubbing compound that meguiars makes u guys got some suggestions, and the wet sanding seems to be working well, i just need to do it some more to get it to look even

you could use turtle wax rubbing compound and wet sanding. not sure about the buffing part. i think turtle wax also has a buffing compound. the rubbing is red the other is the green one.
