Default clock spring

Hopefully someone can give me some info. I drive a 2002 Dakota SLT Quad Cab 4X4 3.9L V6. I know my clock spring is broken by the symptoms, but is it possible for the clock spring to affect my radio even though I don't have radio controls on the steering wheel? Thanks, Jakeho

Not unless the horn or cruse control system share a fuse, which i doubt. One possibility if they are tired together is a bad ground.

I will move this to the 2nd Generation Dakota Sub Forum.
