Such luck, I've been having. Water pump went out yesterday. Got a reman from O'Reillys and realized that I appear to have a press on pulley on the stock one, the new one looks to have a bolt on spindle. Are there 2 different pumps?

I have a 99 Dakota SLT 3.9 V6.

Yes there is 2 different pumps, one is pressed on one is bolt on, both work the same, the bolt on is actually better (if you ever decide to do under-drive pulleys)
