Default Odd brake noise

For some odd reason my rear brakes started to make this wierd noise cant really describe it. Not a grinding or a normal brake squeel more of like a high pitched whirl but when it does it the noise its loud sounds like crap my brakes are new about 4-5k on them(didnt do drums but are still good) pulled drums and everything seems fine when I did brakes I got hardware kit but didnt put on due to old stuff still looked good so tom im going to put the new springs on and see if it helps if not ill post a vid to see if you guys can help me out. I really cant tell what is making this noise it does it weather hot or cold only time it seems not to do it is when brake is applied hard but they are adjusted to drag a little bit so I have no clue.

Mine used to sound like that

try pulling the drum or casing off(just slides right off) and check for any dirt or mud in thar. I pulled mine off today and there was black crap everywhere. cleaned em out with like a half a can of cleaner, They actually work alot better and are silent now.
