Any idea what this code may be?? I have an issue with the engine surging or loping and it's getting worse, are they related? cam sensor maybe or i also heard a throttle sensor. Are they one of the same? thanks in advance

 

Looks like that code is for the fuel level voltage. Still not sure what sensor to replace or even how many I have.
