I got my new pump at Advance too, it's the Airtex brands pump that goes in the tank. I have not had any trouble with it. I paid for it online and they shipped it to my local Advance store the same day. I used an online discount code coupon for 20% off orders over $100.00, the regular price was $220.00, and I got it for $180.00. So it definitely does pay to check their web site for discount codes.

Well I got my bed off and my pump changed took about 2-3hrs to do. It wasnt that hard to get the bed off either. I have crappy cell pics but ill get better ones later. Took it to car wash and ran fine started right up so I think its good. I figured I might as well sand my frame and paint it since its so bad so ill get pics of that too.

Dodgeramguy, Now is the perfect time to get to all of those tough hard to reach places! Sand and paint the frame, paint/insulate the exhaust, check wear on everything. I wonder what other goodies can be done now with the bed off??

 

Yeah I was just going to get undercoating and do it but the more I thought of it most of it wears off after a year so im doing mine in rustolem paint.
