Default revs acting weird

So its been goin on for a bit but I haven't payed attention to it much but when I start up my truck for the first time the revs seem to go up and down like 250-500 revs doesn't matter if AC is on or off but I'm wondering if its a symptom of possibly going soon?
Video coming soon just waiting on YouTube to upload it.

Tps could be causing it our 04 jeep was doing the same thing. Does it only happen on first start up only or will it do it like if you are stopped somewhere?

Sounds kinda like you IAC to me.I don't think there is a way to test it on a dakota. But you can test the the TPS with a volt meter if you have one.The middle wire is the output signal wire.It should read around .26 volts at idle and around 4.49 at WOT.The TPS doesn't have a resistance test,Which is the easiest, but check the output voltage and see what you come up with.
