Vehicle- 97 Dakota 5.2 V8 4x4 automatic 143k


This past month my check engine light came on and the fault code said, misfire cylinder 2 and 3. So the first thing I did was change my spark plugs and wires. The check engine light went off but then came on again saying misfire. I noticed just about all my old spark plugs had white ash on them. And ever since I bought the truck I smell a rich gas smell which I can't figure out why it smells so strong. No exhaust leaks..



Any idea whats going on?
