Default front end sqeak

I have a sqeak in the front end but only when I turn to the left. I just replaced all of the brake pads, ball joints, tie rod ends and shocks. What could be causing this? I have checked the dust shield on the back of the rotor, it isnt rubbing anything. What should I be checking for?

Check your stabilizer under your left wheel it could be that because i had that happen to me on the right side of my car and it turned out to be the stabilizer on my right side. the part is real cheap too

does it do it over bumps, especially slow speed like speed buts and such. id say its sway bar bushings. i replaced mine it fixed it then the two in the middle started squeaking again because they are exposed to a lot of road elements they had just been dried out, some more grease and they haven't squeaked since. unless something you just replace is squeaking because it wasn't greased right this is the only thing i could guess
