Default rear end squeak

In my 2002 Dakota 4x4 I have a real annoying squeak that sounds something like a gerbal wheel in the rear end. It stops as the speed increases. Is this a wheel bearing? If so how hard is that to fix? pricey?

If it's a wheel bearing, do it yourself. If you have disc brakes, it could also be your "low pad indicator clip" dealy.

If it is the brakes, you can do that yourself as well. Wheel bearings are simple. Check out your haynes manual for info on how to do it. 45 mins maybe tops.

Wheel bearing (one one for each wheel), but you will only need to do the one that is making noise, are about $15 for the part.
