I have an '04 Dakota Quadcab that I bought in Jan. this year. I put a Line-X spray on liner on it, and I absolutely love it!!!! It took about 3 hours for the Line-X guy to spray it on and it looks great. It is just about bomb-proof. I don't do a lot of heavy hauling with it, but I wanted something that would last and look good. I was also concerned with rust. Living in the NorthEast we have our share of heavy snowstorms and didn't want to worry about rust from all the snow. It costs more than a drop in or a bedrug, but I HIGHLY recommend considering a Line-X liner for anyone thinking about bed protection.
