Default Glad to be here!

Greetings! Just a quick note of thanks to those who own, manage, run, and contribute to these forums. I've recently registered, and hope to plumb the depths of experience; maybe even contributing eventually. I have been a happy owner of a 2004 Quad Cab (QC, by the forum venacular?) since 2004, and since it has been paid-off for more than a year, i hope to start indulging in modifications soon.

Cheers all!

Heyo

This forum can answer almost any question you can think of asking, or at least there's always been someone able to answer any queston i've had.

v8 or v6? manual or auto? 4x4 or 2wd? what mods are you thinking of?

Truck is a 2004 QC. 4.7L V8 with 5-spd manual. Even driving around the Houston area, I still love shifting! 2WD.

Since I seem to have picked up a sheared exhaust manifold bolt, one of the first things I am considering is replacing the factory iron with a pair of Gibson ceramic shorties. Then an exhaust upgrade and K&N cold air intake - in no particular order.
