I was wondering if anyone out there has or knows where I can get either schematics/parts lists or a complete kit to make a full pre-runner out of a 2nd gen dakota?

I don't know of any off-hand. Since yours is a 4x4, you can start with a torsion bar crank, that will get the front-end up a little bit. You're gonna be pretty well stuck with your welder and torch for a project like this, I'm thinking.

 

Im pretty sure no kit is available magnethead is right break out your welder and get to work.
