Default Bucket Seat Back

I just bought a really slick 97 Dodge Dakota SLT 4x4 CC. I have only one complaint - the driver bucket seat back will slip backwards if you put any appreciable pressure on it. This is kind of scary particularly when your moving down the road and need to dig something out of your front pocket and suddenly your seat back slip back a few inches.

Has anyone seen this? Any ideas on how this is is corrected?

Thanks

yea mine does the same thing, but not that often. it happened first when i was doing a 0-60 run and i was launched into my seat and it was like i was in a low rider. but only does it occasinally now.
