Awesome looking truch man. Do you have a suspension lift? Looks mint.
But as for your problem, I would have done everything you have and been the same spot lol. Only other than I can say is there is an electrical issue some where before the distributor, but it wouldn't make sense that only one is misfiring then... Not real sure. This is a good one.

Exhaust smells normal. Actually smells great for the age of the truck practicly no smell at all.

I'll find my thread and post it for ya. My clear coat was falling off and the only way to fix it was repainting it. I actually used rustoleum paint and mixed it to my PR4 color. I already had a compressor and so I got myself a paint gun and after a long time with patience and prep work...got a nice clear coat to finish and it's very smooth!

The pics are actually out of date because I actually did get a high speed buffer and the scratches are all eliminated.

Update: This weekend I took off the distributor cap, cleaned the terminals, checked the distributor bearing which was good then re-routed my ignition wires to prevent cross-firing. I also unplugged the rear o2 sensor thinking my aftermarket cat was throwing off the reading. This worked great for about 2 days then the light came back on. This time it showed cylinder 1,2,4,5,8 misfire. So tomarrow im resetting the code and putting the o2 back in to see if i can get the code back down to cylinder 8 misfire. Any input? Im seriously considering the msd ignition.

FIXED!!!! Finally got the ole timing light out this weekend and found my timing to be off a good 5 degrees. So i marked the distributor housing and cap, loosened the distributor hold down clamp, turned cranked to TDC and aligned the rotor button to number one cylinder. Truck has no more check engile light and will bark the tires from a standstill. Runs even better. Im glad i finally found the problem afeter spending no telling on parts. Thanks for the help guys. Ill be uploading some more pictures after i go wheelin!
