engine replaced... idles great, when in gear studders???HELP
hey peeps, just finished dropping in a newer 5.2l in my 99 dak 5.2 4x4 auto... straight replacement...
mostly everything went good... small coolant leak on left side at the firewall.. looks like somethings missing or i dunno gotta check that out... not my biggest concern now that it has stopped leaking...
however the truck runs great went to go for a test drive and shifted into gear and the idle went weird gave it gas to go... there was a small delay and then the tire spun a bit.. (gravel driveway). this happens in every gear... didnt want to drive any further just in case.
so i got a couple ideas just hoping to narrow the list down...
1. ignition timing
2. fuel injector issue
3. vacuum issue
4. grounding issue... i dont know why but i'm guessing this...
