i got a 97 dodge dakota extended cab 4x4 5.2l v8 is it a 318 or what and how do know for sure

Actually he has the 317.323 verision lol But from 97-99 they came with the 2.5(4cyl),3.9(v6),5.2 and the 5.9 both v8's but the 5.9 was only the r/t verision and it was only 2wd.
