Wll i figured out what it was...check this thread out.

Imma replace the sensors anyways while i got it all torn apart. and then ill mess with my tv cable adjustment.

Just saw the thread now and its def the tv cable it happens a lot if you are not very gentle taking it off. It takes lots of trys to get it right and its like 1/16 of a inch will do a lot.

Alrighty, today i got home from work and immediatly started putting together the throttle body with the new sensors. everything worked great.

Then once i had it reinstalled on the intake, i adjusted the TV cable as per a video i found on youtube. it was really easy.

This is the video, its not the same engine, but basically the same idea.

Worked great. Now the truck shifts perfect. I even noticed a little bit of a pickup in the throttle response.
