I have a 5 speed 3.9 liter and the shifter keeps breaking it has happened for the second time now. The dealer "as Is' says that its a little clip that keeps getting shattered does anybody know why the shifter clip keeps breaking. Its a 02 Dakota with just 6000 miles. Will a aftermarket shifter help?
