stampede no i had the tall center console in my 02 i found a 98 with the folded padded console and used the brackets off the bottom of those seats and put them on the bottom of my bucket seats and the center folded padded console fit perfectly and yes there is a button at the front of it and the hard top folds up and there is storage in the console i have like 6 or 7 cd's in there an offroading gps and a power adapter in mine and i can still pop the top when i get in and fit my wallet in there with it all its just the center folded console you want and the brackets off the bottom of both the seats and you can use your own bucket seats

 

Dakotakid, thanks for the help. BTW, will the older seat brackets match the bolt holes in my 04 or would drilling have to happen?

 

98 brackets fit in my 02 so prob no drilling but im not for sure on it
