Default Timing issue

I am changing the timing belt and sprockets on my '97 Dakota 3.9L because the teeth are all torn up and the chain literally slid off. I noticed its off 180 degrees. However the Rotor is pointing at the number one. How do I turn it so the sprockets are aligned?

Are you sure it is belt? It's a chain. The crankcase has a bolt in the center of it, so does the camshaft. Make sure you remove the rockers first, if not you can bend some valves as you rotate it.
