99% of the time the truck is fine, but sometimes when the truck is stopped the idle will jump around and a few times it has stalled. i'm thinking the iac motor may have some carbon build up on it. i've heard of cleaning them but i was told to only use certain cleaners because some can damage the electric motor. can anyone shed some light on this? i figure as long as i'm not drowning it in cleaner the electronic parts shouldn't be harmed. maybe i'm wrong

 

Ya most likely the IAC. Just replace it. Even new ones are bad.
