Hows it going everyone?

Was wondering if I could get some help with wheels. I have 97 dakota 3.9 2wd and was looking at getting 15x10 Cragar wheels but im finding it difficult to purchase one with the odd ball 6x4.5 lug pattern. Any suggestions?

I'm also looking to put anywhere from a 30 to 32 tire on it but am really lost in determining the off set needed for the wheel and whether or not ill be getting rub (A body lift will be going on to compensate). Any help is much appreciated thank you.
