I recently purchased a used 2001 Dodge Dakota Sport. I have been doing a few things to it. I removed the bottom panel under the steering wheel and found a couple of cut black wires. I took a picture of the unit and the wires. Can anybody tell me what these wires are from? It looks like they connect to a couple of flat panels at the top directly under the dash (above the radio and glove compartment).
