Default Mirrors don't fold right?

Hey guys, i have an '04 SXT regular cab. I bought it back in september and one thing I noticed is that the mirrors don't fold in as far as I can tell. I just wanted to ask in case I was missing something.

No, it was an option...at least in 04. I mean, it was $20 for folding/heated mirrors...stupid not to if you had the choice....

Yeah my 02 SXT mirrors don't fold either. Just a solid mirror, not heated either.

the folding mirrors was an added option mainly for towing, most trucks didn't come with them, and they are pretty hard to find compared to the standards, since the sxt was a somewhat base model they didn't really come on those, but they are most commonly found on 4x4s and quad cab slt's

ok, that's all I needed to hear. I have a regular cab SXT. My father has an '04 extended cab and his are larger and fold. They are the mirrors that I'm guessing were standard on the larger cab models, 4X4's, and durangos. I have roll up windows and no power locks either. These are things that are nice, but to be honest I am happy I won't have to deal with them breaking. I've been down that path before with previous vehicles. My boss has an '02 durango and he's been through $hit with power window and door lock actuator problems.

Mine is extended, I just think SXT's are more of a base model so they don't have them. And I agree about them not breaking, it's a good thing. In a way I'm happy about not having power locks or windows also, no electrical stuff.
