Is the transmission mount easy to replace?

Default Is the transmission mount easy to replace?
This is on a 3.9 2000 model with 2wd. Some shops are saying my mount is as flat as a pancake lol. Transmission shifts a little hard, i know this won't fix it but I just want a new mount to feel better lol.
