See the area on the right circled in yellow? Is that a plastic guide nubby or a broken bolt?

I think it's a plastic guide nubby (that's tech talk for you) but if it's a broken bolt, I want to get one before I replace this sensor.

The repair manual doesn't make mention of if there are one or two bolts.
