Default Leather bench seats?

I am thinking of buying an 02 4X4 QC that has leather buckets in front. I'd prefer bench front seats and I see many cloth front bench seats, but never a leather front bench. Did Dodge offer that?

The only way to get a leather bench seat would be to have the bench taken out and recovered in whatever leather you wanted. Expensive, yes but you would have exactley what you want going that route.

I was afraid this would be the case. The cost isn't so much an issue for me, finding the leather to match the back seats might be.

If I buy the truck and can't do a satisfactory bench reupholster, would anyone want to swap interiors (my leather buckets for your cloth benches)? It would have to be a complete swap (both front and back seats) and in great condition. The leather appears to be excellent, I'll know more when I see it in person.

Matching the leather may not be as big of an issue as you might think. Get the factory color code, call a local upholstry shop, and see if they have it. If not, they can order samples to compare to what is already in the truck. Yes, there will be some fading from what is already in there, but you might be able to get away with it depending on how bad it is.

I'm sure you're right. Actually my concern isn't even the color, but fitting the bucket leather skins to a bench seat, although the outside seats appear the same (bench and bucket). Is the mini middle seat separate from the passenger seat or are they one integrated unit? If they are separate then I guess all I would have to do is remove the console and find a junkyard middle seat and upholster in leather. Or am I missing something?

The center seat is seperate from the two other seats. So yes, finding a junkyard seat and having it redone would be a good option.

In the bench seat I think the middle seat wont fit between the buckets because the buckets are too wide. Im not positive but I would check it out first.

BBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If that is the case, then the bench outside seats MUST be different than the bucket seats and therefore the bucket leather skins probably will NOT fit the bench outside seats. This was my concern I mentioned earlier.

It is hard to tell from the photos I have of other vehicles, but the seats DO appear the same (from what I can tell). It makes sense that they would be from a manufacturing perspective too, but who knows?
