It fit perfect in the back. The bike is exactly 6.5' so the tailgate just touches the rear tire. Now he has to stare at it in the garage until we get some nice weather which up here in Vermont, may take awhile.

It was a XS650 midsize bike with board out engine and other goodies. I sold it 2 years ago when the baby came. I do miss riding it. I believe I have a picture of it before I got it all trashed and after I fully rebuilt it, in my photo album on this forum.

Thats cool Crazy4x4, one of the ones we have is a 70s RD400. And the VSTAR does look awesome! Not really into Harleys, but I like the cruiser style.

No way! That's what I usually ride, a Suzuki RM125. It gets up and goes. What year was/is your RM? I got mine from a guy a few years ago who didn't have it running for 10 years and put on some new piston rings and she fired right up. I almost broke my ankle on it last year on a trail, went flying around a corner and all of the sudden there was a fork in it, so I didn't have time to decide... I wound up laying the bike down. It's funny looking back at it now.

It was a 97, the power band kicked in which through me into a rut which in turn caused it to go into wobble, so i now have a plate and six screws in my ankle and i still love ridin lol
