Default Bearing of AC clutch problem

2003 Dakota SXT V6

After the serpentine belt and tensioner were replaced the bearing on the AC compressor has started squealing (badly) if I spray Teflon lube into the compressor clutch area it quietens for a while.

AC works fine, running the compressor doesn't change the noise.

It is possible to replace only the front bearing assembly? The complete compressor unit is expensive..

Thanks
