Hey guys, I have been slammed with emails over the last month for people asking to share these PDFs. I guess Google changed the viewing settings. I asked a dozen or so people where they got the links from and no one responded. It made it hard to fix. Anyway the links should take you right to the PDFs now.
Mods If you could update the links in the stickies or FAQs it would be great. If there is a problem with these again just let me know. Thanks V |
Do you need a Google account to access it?
|
No you shouldn't. I just updated settings again tonight. so they should work now
|
I can't get in using Chrome.
|
|
I'm in. Thanks Veeten.
|
No problem, I don't know why the Dakota and Durango PDFs got changed on google drive. But as long as they work now.
If you guys have problems in the future, PM me and I will see what has gone wrong again. LOL |
Awesome, thanks brother.
|
Thank you.
|
Hi Veeten I tried to get to the manuals and using the email and password you have set up and it wont let me in.
thanks Don. |
Got mine thanks veeten
|
Is this still valid, just tried it but google is asking for a recovery email address. Won't go any further. OBTW tried 97. Thanks.

So Heres my agitated update.
Wednesday some one thought it would be a good Idea to change the password to the account I posted above. Well that person from in or around Manchester, TN. has ruined it for everyone here. I closed the login above. Im posting this here because the DAK seems to be the most downloaded file. And last night I had 2 people with the same last name ask for 6 different years of parts manuals within 3 minutes. Why would you need that many unless you wanted to take them and put them up on another forum? I doubt someone has a 97 98 99 00 etc. So after proving the above email was mine to google I hope the person who changed it gets f'ed over! These PDFs were provided to members of DF by me for their exclusive use, I did this to show my appreciation to its members for all the help they give me and others. I don't know why people have to ruin it for others. Sorry Rant over |

compatible parts for my 1999 dakota 4x4
I have a 1999 Dakota 4x4 ext cab and my transfer case went out. I got one out of a 1997 dakota ext cab v8 just like mine. It bolted right up and then come to find out the rear drive shaft doesn't fit. So I went back to the salvage yard and got the drive shaft from the 97. My question is is this gonna work or am I in more trouble down the road.

I've had many members here help me through in the past, so I wanted to do my best to help as many as I could. It just sucks when people come here and take info to another site. Just join here and all will be good. LOL PM me if you have any issues Friar! |
Hello.
I'm new to the forums, although I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad cab. I need to do some repairs and order some parts (glove box is stuck and my cup holders broke). I was hoping to download the parts manual and service manuals, but the links dont work. How can it get these? Additionally, if anyone knows where I can get the cupholders...even used....please let me know...I tried a few local junkyards and no joy. Thanks! |

Does anyone have any manuals for a 1998 Dakota 3.9 Extended Cab? I'm new, but I can see I'll be spending a LOT of time here. Just spent the last 6 months running all new brake lines/rotors/drums/pads/hardware from the front back, reran almost all the wiring to the rear, new spring shackle (worst car nightmare ever for me), bodywork, new right LBJ, amplifier and new wiring/speakers, exhaust connector at a break just before the cat, and much more. Finishing the exhaust manifold gaskets tonight and it should be done. For now.... I think a lot of people would have thrown in the towel long ago, but I will drive that beast till it explodes. I originally got it 3 years ago because it had 85K miles and was a 5 speed, but it evolved into true love.
I picked up a heck of a lot of tricks that I'll be happy to share here in the future. Great group of people. |

The links work fine, but the login has changed. He said he had to change it because people were mucking around with it.
|
Thanks for all your selfless work on this VeeTen! Sorry some have taken advantage of your giving nature. I successfully downloaded the AN for my 2003 Dakota, but I have managed to miss any link to a FSM for a 2003 Dakota. Would you happen to know where I might locate one?
|
I don't have that for the Dakota, sorry.
There was someone here a while ago weedahoe I think was his name. He had alot of the 3rd gen Ram service manuals. Maybe he has access to the dakota stuff. Good luck |
98 Dakota 3.9
I can’t find the manual to download for free for my 98 Dakota. I tried downloading the link on here but it won’t let me. I just need the fuse panel diagram and firing order.
|
Awesome info. Just what I was after. Much thanks. Bob
|

Dodges
I read an earlier comment about someone wanting multiple years it wasn't me however me and my boyfriend own a "few" dodge Dakota's (V6-89,96,98,99,02 V8-97) and one dodge 1500 (04) so you never know someone else could own multiple currently were working on our 1997 V8 5.2L Dodge Dakota were having issues getting it to start so we tried to scan it but we cant get it to connect to our OBDII scanner ( we know the scanner works we've tested it on other vehicles so we know it's not that ) anyone know the fix to our issue and can I possibly get the manual for it

This password is not working. I am in dire need to find out what a part is. Please help
|
I accepted 4 manual requests this morning. PM me if you didn't get access.
the password was disabled years ago because someone thought it was funny to change it. |
Has anyone found an 03 Dakota digital FSM that's actually for the Dakota. The ones that I have found in the past that purport to be Dakota are actually for the Ram PU.
It's been a while since last time I looked. |
Thanks for sharing Geoff :icon_goodpost:
