Default High flow cats

I have seen these all over the place online...

http://catalog.walkerexhaust.com/cat...dStatus=ACTIVE

I am wondering if they would really be that much of an upgrade over stock, or if I should just buy 2 converters and bring them to a shop to have them welded on.

I am 99% sure my exhaust system is the same as ou guys with the 4.7 V8's, so if you have high flow cats, which ones, and what was the spprox. cost including fabrication and everything? Thanks.

Mine is 2004 w/ 3.7 L. I was under the truck when I installed my muffler, and I remember the pre-cats, dont remember the actual cat but I will take a look tomorrow.
