Default Dakota R/T ?

I have a 2002 Dakota R/T CC and it sat in my driveway for the last six months it was'nt driven.I decided to take it out today and it would not start so i boosted got it running, everytime i took my foot off the gas it would stall,so I left the boosters on to get some juice in the battery, after about 20 min it stayed running.Took it out for about 1/2 hour the thing was stalling, spitting, sputtering.I brought it back home left it idling for 15 min took it back out to give her a good run. Idling great now when I kick it down around 15mph it bounces off the redline till I let off the gas and then shifts. But if I kick it down at 40 mph shifts fine what gives?Sorry the the long post

That's what I figured for the stalling and that and possibly fuel injectors dirty. do you have any idea why it is bouncing off the rev limiter? if the tires were spinning it would still shift would it not?
