Default Crazy Squealing

I drive a 99 dakota with the 5.2L and 4x4. Ever since I got the thing I noticed there is this outrageous squealing whenever it's running whether in gear or just idling. I have replaced the belt, the tightener, and the guide pulley for the belt. The very bottom pulley has a little wobble to it, could this be making that kind of squealing. I just now am getting time to start working on it and want to know if this pulley is the likely culprit or could it be bad bushings in the alternator or something else entirely.

Would like some pointers, once it gets done being icy death in Michigan I plan to fix whatever the problem is.

Take your belt off and spin the pulleys and see if they are loose or make noise. Also check you clutch fan my buddy had a insane squeal and finally figured out it was a bad clutch on the fan.

i was going to say take the clutch fan off and see if the squel goes away. if it doesn't then remove the belt and spin pullys till you find the one. otherwise you can spray wd40 on each pully one at a time till the squel goes away and then you have your squeling pully.
