found the problem, There was a little loose wire into the connector on the Drivers side Connecter on the ligt assembly. not bad for a few minutes of pokin around in there, guess I hit the right wire and htey started to flash... But as for the *loose ground* i can't seem to find it. hmmm maybe i'll just keep them the way they are, it's different. Unless it's bad for the truck?
