I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota SLT. I am wanting to add fog lights to it, it has the switch on the head lights for fog lights. Is it prewired for fog lights from the factory or will I have to run the wires myself.

 

best bet is to call dodge they make a kit that has everything needed to install fog lights on a vechical that does not have them

 

u can do what he said or, just add some from the store....its a 4 inch light i believe. just like mine. just wire from the light right up to the parking lights...

 

I changed the headlight switch on mine to one with fog lights and all the wiring was there.
I just couldn't find it all so I found where the foglight relay should go and checked what terminal was powered when switch was on. I plugged a wire in there and hooked up the relay that came with the fog lights.
