Default Something strange with brakes

02 dak v6--After hearing a sweaking sound that stops when I tap the brakes, I inspected the front brakes. I noticed the right wheel spins maybe twice whereas the left wheel has numerous revolutions. I noticed on the right rotor a scrap line all the way around on the horizontal portion. The ring seems to have been made by the nub on the bottom of the anti-rattle clip. I took the clip off--don't know if that was a good idea--the wheel is still showing resistance compaired to the left wheel.
I replaced the left calipers about a year and half ago after the left one froze. Then the right froze after that. I replaced both calipers, pads, rotors and flush. About six to eight months ago, I replaced the rotors and pads again. I didn't like the extra dust from the semi-metalic pads so I upgraded to ceramic pads (should have known better). At slow speeds, I can hear a "metalish" grind/scrap from the front right. The right inner and outer have good life though the inner seems more worn compaired to the outer pad. I drive normal milage.
Im I looking at another right caliper or....

Check the hubs to see if perhaps you have a worn out wheel bearing causing the issue...? Just a guess...
