Default Dodge Dakota Wind Whistle

I have a 01 Dodge Dakota CC Sport 4X4. Under normal highway driving it is quiet, but when the wind in blowing from the side or quartering from the front I get this loud wind whistle. It is stock except for shades over the side windows. I cannot figure out what is causing it. Does anybody else have/had this problem and have you been able to stop it? Thanks

I dont have a whistle, but I get wind noise. Have since day 1. Dealer said 'I dont hear anything' so I said screw it and put the radio up a hair. Didnt feel like dealing with it.

But, I would point to the shades too...

Maybe the double sided tape that holds the shades on has a gap somewhere and letting air pass between where the shade mounts and the door.Hope that make sense to you. I couldn't think of a better way to describe it.
