in my defense there was no mention to a core return on the ebay listing or their website. an ebaylisting is considered a contract and it wasnt in there. im not obligated to send it back.

if i talk to him again i will tell him the motor was tore down long ago while i was waiting for him to ship.

Hey it took them how long to get the motor to you and you had to contact them how many times. Now that they got 300 taking from them they want to to call you and work things out. I would say screw them I guess they should run their business better and they wouldnt have to worry about it.

Thunder, the way I see it is if you got the new motor and your core charge back, then don't even bother with them. They will probably just try to argue with you and stuff, so I just wouldn't even answer. They had plenty of time to take care of what needed to and didn't. Good luck man (with the motor swap, lol)!

thanks guys. the manager said he would work things out. that was his chance to, via paypall (10 whole day!) so it could be monitored. but he choose not too.

or if your curious as to what they have to say maybe answer and see what they want and tell them u f ed up and screwed me over and if the listing had no mention of a core charge when they ask why you fought it tell them that it was not in the ad
