easiest thing to do is replace the whole regulator/motor. this happened to me on new years eve and my window wouldn't stay up. i called around dealerships and parts stores and it turns out the motor by itself is actually more expensive than the motor, regulator, and lifetime warranty all together

no none others that i know of. and the risk with used ones is that you run the risk of those breaking very soon and having no warranty. the plastic cable guides on the regulator are infamous for breaking which comes with age. i picked up a new one made by Dorman for like 89 bucks at auto zone, and it comes with a lifetime warranty. but no im not sure if regulators from other vehicles would fit, and yes im assuming it is the same for a durango.
