I was wondering if it is possible to change when my 99 dak changed gears? I would like to make it change at 3000 every gear but I don't know if it's a good idea or if it is possible

 

Do you mean shift gears? I'm guessing that's what you mean when you say change. As far as modifying the trans to do that I'm not sure its possible without considerably altering the computer (assuming you have an automatic) and even then I don't know if its really advisable. Dodge programed them to shift at what they thought was the best rpm's. Sorry I couldn't be any more help.
